What are your access hours?
You can get into your rented space anytime between 6:00 a.m. and 9:00 p.m. every day of the week. These extended access hours mean you don’t have to plan around our schedule, while they also keep our property more protected.
Do you have climate controlled units?
We do! All of our units are climate controlled and humidity controlled. When we say humidity controlled, we mean humidity controlled. On each floor there are several dehumidification controls that keep the moisture levels inside the unit at a constant, so you never have to worry again about those hot Florida summers.
Is Addison Storage located within a flood zone?
Our building is not located within a flood zone. In addition the finished first floor elevation is located 40 inches above the street level (well above any flash floods that might be caused by the heavy South Florida rains that are common in Boca Raton.) If you have any questions, feel free to call our office.
What are your office hours?
Our office is open between the hours of 9:30 a.m. and 6:00 p.m., Monday through Friday. We are closed on Saturday and Sunday.
Where are you located?
Addison Storage is located at 900 N.W. 1st Avenue in Boca Raton, Florida 33432, just west of US-1, between Glades Road and E. Palmetto Park Road.
How can I pay my bill?
We have lots of options for you to settle your account, among which our most popular is our online bill pay option. Simply sign up and pay your bill from the comfort of your home. If you prefer, you can always come into our office to drop off your payment.
